Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all event attendees and guests.
- Event Operations: Assist with the setup, tear-down, and general maintenance of event spaces to ensure a seamless experience.
- Guest Assistance: Direct guests to various areas, manage crowd flow, and answer general inquiries.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- On-Site Coordination: Communicate effectively with event coordinators and other staff members to ensure objectives are met.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to all venue safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift moderate objects.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Social Media: Experience with social media platforms is a plus but not required.
