Responsibilities
- Assist with venue setup, including furniture arrangement, signage placement, and booth styling.
- Greet attendees and provide exceptional customer service, directing guests to various zones or sessions.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed during events.
- Handle ticketing, check-ins, and registration duties efficiently.
- Collaborate with event managers to execute brand standards and theme requirements.
- Perform basic cleanup and organization duties before and after events.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout the Tampa Bay area.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous event experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
