What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle event booths, signage, and promotional displays with precision.
- Greet attendees and distribute promotional materials or samples in a friendly manner.
- Assist with crowd control and maintaining a safe, orderly environment during high-traffic events.
- Operate basic audio-visual equipment and handle event registration with accuracy.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
- Collect feedback from guests and report any issues to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (outdoor events).
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations in the Chicagoland area.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions quickly.
