Responsibilities
- Greet guests, scan tickets, and provide venue navigation assistance
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at entry/exit points
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise/concessions
- Coordinate with vendors and fellow staff for seamless event execution
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
