Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Coordinate venue setup and breakdown according to event specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Execute post-event cleanup and equipment recovery procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start (tomorrow or next 48 hours)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued ID for credential verification
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Milwaukee
- No prior experience required – comprehensive on-site training provided
