Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and credential verification at VIP entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance to attendees
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Operate ticket scanning systems and mobile point-of-sale devices
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/breakdown logistics
- Monitor inventory for premium experiences and merchandise stations
- Report operational issues and guest feedback to event managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Basic knowledge of crowd management techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
