Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Event Execution: Assist in the seamless setup, execution, and breakdown of corporate events, conferences, and private parties.
- Crowd Management: Monitor crowd flow to ensure safety regulations are met and assist guests with directions and information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to VIP clients and attendees, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and venue management to ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Brand Representation: Represent our client's brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and high energy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
