Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cleanliness of all workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to create efficient workflows during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication and mutual support
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (will assist with obtaining)
