Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, following our standard recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet every customer with a warm smile, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized at all times, including the espresso machine, counter, and dining area.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, and assist in restocking as needed to minimize downtime.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and digital payments using our point-of-sale system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
