Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, crowd management, and venue setup/breakdown
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event teams to ensure flawless execution
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing event conditions
- Conduct post-event reporting and inventory management
- Maintain professional appearance and represent clients' brands with excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with crowd control and emergency procedures preferred
