Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude; assist with directions and inquiries.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of event venues, including furniture arrangement and equipment placement.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and order, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a secure environment.
- Provide superior customer service by responding to guest needs and escalating complex issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with event teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to timelines.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a pristine event space throughout the duration of the event.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs with ease.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
