Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at festivals, concerts, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and venue logistics while maintaining safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite team leads for operational efficiency
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages and equipment
- Implement emergency procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Physical stamina for extended standing and event setup/breakdown
- Must pass background check and drug screening
