Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines and maintain clean, sanitized workstations
- Process customer orders using POS systems with accuracy
- Upsell premium beverages, pastries, and merchandise
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush hours
- Manage inventory and stock supplies daily
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler’s certification (preferred, training provided)
