Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, guest registration, and venue management according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, vendors, and event stakeholders
- Manage crowd control, safety protocols, and emergency procedures during live events
- Operate audiovisual equipment, point-of-sale systems, and event technology as required
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of logistics and timelines
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment inventory with attention to detail
- Maintain professional appearance and brand representation at all event locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible schedules available)
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and crowd management techniques
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Corpus Christi metro area
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Must pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
