Responsibilities
- Attend mandatory paid training sessions covering event protocols, safety procedures, and client communication
- Execute setup/teardown operations for diverse events including concerts, trade shows, and sporting events
- Manage guest interactions, ticket scanning, and access control with professional demeanor
- Assist with vendor coordination, equipment distribution, and venue navigation support
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain compliance with event safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless execution of event logistics
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to event venues in Lubbock metro area
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- No prior event experience required – training provided
- Ability to pass basic background check and drug screening
