Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entry points, information booths, and activity zones
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event setup/teardown
- Operate ticket scanning systems and manage guest check-in processes
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain event timelines and standards
- Report maintenance issues or security concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Saint Paul
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Availability for at least 3 events per month preferred
