Responsibilities
- Set up and operate event equipment including audiovisual systems, staging, and decor
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes using provided digital tools
- Coordinate vendor deliveries and equipment logistics at event venues
- Ensure all provided equipment meets safety standards and operational requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees using company-provided communication devices
- Execute event breakdown and equipment return procedures post-event
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided AV/lighting equipment
- Strong communication skills with professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass mandatory background check
- Ability to follow detailed equipment handling protocols
