- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue specifications
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential verification

- Document incidents and maintain real-time communication with leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (for venue transport)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of emergency response protocols
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
