Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Set up and break down event spaces including chairs, signage, and equipment
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Respond to emergencies or incidents calmly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas
Qualifications

- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
