Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information at event entrances, exits, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Assist with event setup and teardown including seating, signage, and equipment
- Monitor guest behavior and resolve minor conflicts professionally
- Collaborate with venue staff and security teams for seamless operations
- Distribute promotional materials and collect guest feedback
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and follow established procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Fort Wayne venues
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
