Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide venue navigation assistance and directional support
- Execute crowd control protocols for safe attendee flow
- Operate AV equipment and assist with technical setups
- Coordinate VIP guest experiences and special accommodations
- Enforce event safety guidelines and emergency procedures
- Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup operations
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID for credential verification
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans landmarks and venues
