Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins, ticket validation, and attendee support
- Manage event setup/breakdown including decor, signage, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless operations
- Assist with crowd control and maintain organized event flow
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed event logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays reliably
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours and lifting 25+ lbs
- Valid California Driver's License for venue transportation
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Must pass background check and drug screening
