Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Execute venue setup and teardown protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain inventory control for event supplies
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support event-specific activations and brand activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility with irregular hours and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event safety standards
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
