Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain venue cleanliness standards
- Manage guest flow and enforce venue policies with professionalism
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with security and management teams for seamless event execution
- Assist with emergency protocols and ensure guest safety at all times
- Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
- Support VIP guests and special request fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Nevada Gaming Card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
