Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor at event entrances and booths.
- Manage crowd control and ensure a safe, organized environment for attendees.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer questions about brand offerings to potential customers.
- Collect customer feedback and report on attendee engagement metrics.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless event operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to various locations within Lubbock, TX.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
