Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating booths and checking in attendees.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and adherence to venue rules.
- Distribute promotional materials and manage registration desks efficiently.
- Collaborate with the event team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
