We are currently hiring for immediate openings in the Greater Louisville area.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and attendees with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with event setup, including furniture arrangement, signage, and equipment checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety protocols and crowd control are maintained.
- Collaborate with the event team to execute smooth operations during shifts.
- Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after the conclusion of the function.
- Follow brand guidelines and dress code requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often outdoors or in varying conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
