- Handle emergency procedures with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or front desk experience required
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (2PM-10PM)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends
