Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including decoration, seating arrangements, and signage.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the duration of the event.
- Direct attendees to various sections and answer general inquiries.
- Monitor crowd flow to ensure safety and compliance with event protocols.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (3-6 hours).
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
