Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and manage entry queues efficiently.
- Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, or tickets to attendees.
- Maintain a high standard of visual appearance and adhere to the provided uniform code.
- Monitor the venue for safety and security, reporting any issues to event management immediately.
- Assist with crowd control and directing attendees to designated areas.
- Ensure a clean and organized environment by promptly removing trash or debris.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Must possess a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Previous event staff or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
