Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile and high energy.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (decor, seating, equipment).
- Maintain crowd control and safety protocols at venues.
- Distribute programs, tickets, or promotional materials.
- Answer general inquiries from attendees in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
