Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet attendees warmly, manage check-in processes, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Flow Management: Monitor crowd density and assist in maintaining orderly lines at entry points and concession areas.
- Information Desk: Answer attendee inquiries regarding venue layout, show schedules, and emergency procedures.
- Setup & Teardown: Assist in setting up signage, banners, and seating arrangements before events and with breakdown afterward.
- Vendor Support: Provide support to vendors and ensure they have the resources they need to operate efficiently.
- Compliance: Adhere to all venue safety protocols and company policies regarding conduct and appearance.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by event schedules.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances comfortably.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is preferred but not mandatory.
