Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown with precision and timeliness
- Manage guest registration, wayfinding, and VIP services
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless operations
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems accurately
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service with aloha spirit
- Maintain event spaces and equipment throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or event experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic POS/cash handling experience
- Must pass background check and drug screening
