Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Assist with the setup and teardown of event venues, ensuring all furniture, decor, and audio-visual equipment are arranged correctly and safely.
- Crowd Management: Monitor event areas to ensure safety, manage entry points, and enforce venue policies with a professional demeanor.
- Guest Services: Greet attendees, answer questions, provide directions, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Logistics Support: Transport supplies, manage registration desks, and coordinate with event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
- Brand Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for our clients, maintaining a high standard of appearance and conduct.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the event.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move equipment as needed.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.
- Background: Clean background check required.
