Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome attendees with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including venue arrangement, signage, and equipment checks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the event.
- Direct guests to various areas and manage crowd flow efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale systems or ticket scanners as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest inquiries immediately.
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Willingness to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is preferred but not required.
