Responsibilities
- Setup and breakdown of event equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and staging
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes using provided tablets
- Operate audiovisual equipment (sound systems, projectors) as directed
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety protocols are maintained throughout events
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors
- Assist with crowd control and event flow management
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
