Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including staging, lighting, and sound systems
- Execute crowd control protocols and ensure attendee safety at all venues
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to meet event specifications
- Perform equipment checks and maintenance throughout event shifts
- Assist with breakdown and post-event equipment inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and stakeholders
- Adhere strictly to venue safety regulations and company protocols
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work extended standing hours
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (if required)
