Responsibilities
- Guest Management: Greet attendees warmly, check tickets, and manage entry points efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
- Event Support: Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces using the equipment provided by the company.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic event equipment, including registration kiosks, crowd control barriers, and lighting stands (training provided).
- Brand Representation: Represent our clients with a polished, professional demeanor and high energy throughout the duration of the event.
- Problem Solving: Address attendee inquiries and minor issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all venue safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Professionalism: Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team structure.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) when setting up equipment.
- Background: No major criminal convictions; must pass a background check.
