Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at premium Seattle venues (Pike Place, Belltown, Capitol Hill)
- Manage guest check-ins, VIP access, and event flow coordination
- Set up and break down event spaces with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot real-time challenges
- Ensure venue safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed
- Document event details and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible shift hours (8am-11pm)
- Previous event/conference or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and polished professional appearance
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Seattle familiarity with reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and venue-specific training
- Positive attitude under pressure with problem-solving mindset
