Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes with professionalism
- Operate event equipment (AV setups, lighting, POS systems)
- Coordinate vendor logistics and supply management
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and decorations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Document event activities and submit post-event reports
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Basic technical aptitude for AV equipment operation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Valid Texas driver's license (for venue transport)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
