Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event equipment including staging, signage, and audiovisual gear
- Manage guest flow and provide exceptional customer service at venue entrances and activity stations
- Operate provided equipment like ticket scanners, RFID readers, and directional signage
- Enforce venue policies and safety protocols while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Report equipment issues and inventory needs to the on-site supervisor
- Assist with emergency procedures and guest inquiries during events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Atlanta metro area
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules
- Basic technical aptitude to use provided event technology systems
- Professional appearance and ability to represent brand standards
- Valid government-issued photo ID for venue access requirements
