- Operate provided AV equipment, lighting, and staging systems
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean event spaces
- Assist with crowd control and guest inquiries during events
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Report maintenance issues with provided equipment promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Las Vegas
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic technical aptitude to operate provided equipment
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
