Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including tents, signage, and audiovisual gear (provided)
- Provide exceptional guest services, registration, and information support
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd control during high-traffic events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to execute event timelines
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs
- Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup procedures
- Maintain professional appearance while representing client brands
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport when required)
- Professional demeanor under pressure and in crowded environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
