Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and problem-solving
- Assist with event coordination and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first approach
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
