- Execute seamless guest check-ins and registration procedures using provided equipment
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Operate event-specific tools like credential scanners and signage systems
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams via provided communication devices
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages and barricades
- Address attendee inquiries with professionalism and brand knowledge
- Report operational issues through our digital incident management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech proficiency for using provided equipment
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid CA driver's license for equipment transport (if applicable)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
