Responsibilities
- Set up and operate event equipment including tents, staging, and audiovisual systems
- Manage guest registration and credentialing using provided tablet systems
- Execute crowd control measures and safety protocols at assigned venues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams using supplied communication devices
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues during live events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces using provided cleaning supplies
- Assist with emergency response procedures using first-aid kits and safety gear
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event setup procedures preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions for equipment operation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
