Responsibilities
- Manage event check-in/check-out processes using provided tablets
- Operate event-specific equipment (sound systems, lighting, staging)
- Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise
- Assist with crowd control and guest inquiries
- Set up/breakdown event infrastructure as directed
- Conduct equipment quality checks before/during shifts
- Report maintenance issues for provided gear
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Ability to operate basic AV and event technology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
