- Set up and manage event equipment including tents, staging, AV systems, and signage
- Execute event operations according to client specifications and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional guest services and resolve attendee inquiries promptly

- Conduct post-event equipment breakdown and inventory management

Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Charlotte
