Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event equipment per venue requirements
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Operate provided audio/visual and staging equipment safely
- Enforce event protocols and safety guidelines throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all events
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility with evenings/weekends and event-specific schedules
- No equipment experience required - we provide full training
- Valid state ID and ability to pass basic background check
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
