Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure using provided equipment (tents, staging, AV gear)
- Manage guest check-ins and attendee flow during festivals/conferences
- Operate event technology (lighting, sound systems) with comprehensive training
- Enforce safety protocols for equipment handling and venue operations
- Coordinate with vendors using provided communication devices
- Execute post-event equipment inventory and storage procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor/standing conditions
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (training provided)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic technical aptitude for equipment operation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
